Stop it, Matt. You’re making me want to smoke again. In my experience (and I’ve got a bit… I’m good at giving up smoking, I’ve done it several times) if you can tough it out for a couple of weeks it gets marginally less hard… and by that point you can remind yourself that if you’re feeling stressed, it’s not because you’re not smoking, unfortunately.
